Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using Bubble Voice, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who May Use Bubble Voice

Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. Children may use Bubble Voice only through profiles created and supervised by their parent or guardian under the parent's account.

3. The Service

Bubble Voice lets families listen to picture books narrated by character voices or by a personal voice created from a parent's recording. We may add, change, or remove features as the service evolves.

4. Voice Recordings

You may only record your own voice, or the voice of another adult who has given you their permission. By submitting a recording, you grant us the limited license needed to process it (including through our voice technology provider) solely to create and play narration for your family. You keep all rights to your voice. You may delete your voice profiles at any time, which deletes the recording and the generated voice model.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Record or impersonate another person's voice without their consent;
• Attempt to access another family's data or interfere with the service;
• Copy, redistribute, or resell books, narrations, or other content from the service;
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Content and Ownership

The books, illustrations, character voices, and app design are owned by Bubble Voice or licensed to us, and are provided for your family's personal, non-commercial use within the app.

7. Purchases

If paid features are offered, prices will be shown before you buy and payments will be processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your family's data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Bubble Voice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to These Terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify account holders by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
